During guest stay at your home we provide 24-hour customer service. If any issue arises, our dedicated team of professionals are ready to respond and assist. We troubleshoot most appliance or electronic questions over the phone, in order to keep costs down. If an issue cannot be resolved we contact the appropriate local service technician and coordinate the entire process to complete satisfaction.

Check-In/Out Process

Tahoe Property Managers is the only property management company to provide a dedicated liaison to meet each guest at the property for a guided walk through and explanation of the amenities. This unique approach is very helpful to our guests as a customer service offering. Our homeowners appreciate the fact that during the walk though process the liaison is able to verify and enforce occupancy and parking limits. Guests are once again reminded in person the code of conduct guidelines in Tahoe. The liaison is also present at the time of guest’s departure to thoroughly inspect the property and evaluate the guest’s stay. This unique personalized approach has been shown to dramatically reduce any compliance problems while increasing guest satisfaction.
